About Us
Our Story
Ouellet & Associates Design Inc. is a full-service architectural design firm. Sean has been drafting since he walked into his grade 9 drafting class. He has been designing ever since! During that near 50-year period he has designed 100’s of homes, 1000’s of additions, renovations, garages and decks. In 2008, Sean along with a business partner launched a new business with his business partner choosing to semi-retire in 2021. Sean now runs the company along with his team of designers. We look forward to continuing to serve this community.
We have been involved in supporting charities with our main focus on cancer support. We’ve been involved in Relay for Life, Ride to Conquer and the Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre.
What We Do
We provide architectural and HVAC design services for residential and commercial projects. As a full-service firm, we can create complete design packages, taking clients from initial sketches to permit-ready plans.
Our Process
We work with surveyors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects meet zoning, building, and regulatory requirements. Our services include building permits, minor variances, and other zoning applications, making the process as smooth as possible for our clients.
Where We Work
Our projects span from North Bay to Toronto and from Wasaga Beach to Orillia, allowing us to provide professional design services across a wide region.
